Before you arrive
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Every room rate includes breakfast.
Do you offer airport pick-up?
Yes. A private car costs USD 12 for 1–3 guests or USD 15 for 4–6 guests. Send us your flight number and arrival time and our driver will wait at arrivals with your name on a sign.
Can you pick us up from the train station?
Yes. A private car is USD 16 for up to 4 guests. There is also a shared shuttle bus at 80,000 Kip per person, sold at the station.
Do you pick up from the slow-boat pier?
No, we do not offer pick-up at the boat pier. Tuk-tuks are easy to find there.
How do deposits and cancellations work?
Direct bookings need a 30% deposit by secure payment link, with the balance paid at check-out in USD, by card or bank transfer. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival.
How far is the Night Market?
About five minutes on foot. The Royal Palace Museum is a similar distance.
